Day 3

02 Sep

I promised a couple of links.  The first is from Publix Grocery stores and contains many of their brands, but I’m sure you can substitute your favorite store.  Just double check the labels before you take my word for it.  I found many of the same items at Wal-mart when Dan and I went shopping.

It seemed pretty comprehensive.  Let me know if you see anything not on it.

The next link is from $5 dollar dinners.  Erin has a pretty good site filled with tons of information that may help you.  I highly recommend her site since she has recipes, menus and a darn good grocery list.

While I’m not recommending this diet for everyone, for those with celiac disease or have grain based food allergies, you may want to consider it.  Tomorrow I’ll discuss who should and shouldn’t be on this diet.

Happy eating!

Good way of describing, and nice piece of writing to get
data about my presentation focus, which i am going to deliver in academy.
